I am not the people who can help this in technically because i am not expert.
To reduce the fee is only can be done by developer. The only way we can do is holding bitcoin and make bitcoin survive event better price.

The fees aren't really the major issue right now, adoption seems to be slowing due to the mass hysteria caused by the media. Only if we can change public perception can we really improve bitcoin.

Never going to happen, the masses already know, "Fools and their ID are soon parted, and then investigated"
