Option a: Adjust the price to the real value the chips have now (< 50%) and refund the rest / ship double amount of chips.
This shouldn't be a problem, considering Avalons purchase price of around $1 per chip.
Option b: Lawsuit to achieve this (and probably more).

@Sebastian, hast Du eine Rechtsschutzversicherung? Da ist doch normalweiser ein erstes Gespräch frei. Es wäre mal interessant, einen ersten Einblick zu bekommen, ob überhaupt Möglichkeiten bestehen.
