About the ETH reserve, they moved Ethereums but don't know if they sold ot not. I think they sold at least some of the reserve.

Yes! Look at this, 25k eth out to Bitfinex4 wallet https://etherscan.io/address/0x5441880a07f4e00e78319b95fbbed1e356484bf5 . Now we now that they were sent to an exchange. So if they not bought yet, they are close to buy that real estate in Thailand
