Some of the more trusted senior members act as merit sources, ie. they receive part of a monthly pot of sendable merits to distribute amongst posts they deem constructive. In other words, there's a steady inflow of new sendable merits coming in.

Thanks for the Information Sir. So they are what we called merit soruce. Maybe I just missed to read that part when the first time I visit that thread. The required merit points to rank to Sr.Member carried me away from reading the rest of the thread hehe. Well, this topic is answered. This can now be deleted
