Well arto have tail emission, expected 2.5% from 28m coins yearly. After the intial 28m coins all mined than the tail emission kick in.
so it will be ready for mining 10++ years, because 90% of coins will be distributed within that time, based on 20 emission rate and 90 sec diff target, imo 
btw, i will make the windows setup installer if needed
Monero emission rate is 20 and the diff is 120 and it need 8 years before the tail emission kickin (block reward 0.6xmr). In 3 years arto will have around 60% coins mined so it should less than 8 years before the tail emission kick in
