Most likely meaning is that we reached 10k in a round bottom/saucer pattern [not sure why it is golden though], suggesting further upside [as it happens in saucer patterns].

I disagree anyway; I don't see how it would stay flat.
Maybe a large zig zag with 10K average to 'get rid' of both bulls and bears and basically exhaust everyone.
