It is through paying our taxes that the government gets their funds. The government doesn't just print money and use it when they run out of them. If people refused to pay they'll have a lack of funds and the government falls, then the country falls as well. Plus the government has laws against people who evade taxes, so you're gonna pay taxes whether you like it or not.

I think you may want legal and physical protection, and will utilize a market that is governed and legally edited by the government, you will use state infrastructure but do not want to pay for its use.
if you will not pay taxes to the government, then there is no police, no court, no law.
Then you will pay taxes, the biggest drug dealer from your neighborhood.
If you do not feed your soldiers, then you feed the enemy soldiers.
But if you do not like it, you can always buy boats and sail on the high seas, or move to Canada's wilderness, Alaska, South America, Africa. But you may not like that scenario.
