I think they pinned a message about it or even they didn't do that, i absolutely think they must do it. People sometimes can get careless and do sth. stupid so every campaign manager, community manager should increase awareness about this situations.

I agree, new people is constantly entering the crypto and any information that can be given about scammers helps.

What kind of scam you mean? like projects who make an ICO and disappear then? Or people who trick others with fake addresses for someone else ICOs?

I would guess that he means both. But I think that more laws is not the solution because it just burdens the legit projects, while the scammers just find a way to get away with their stolen funds.
