I am just joining up, what Invites? Screenshots of what?
Cant i just join , get a referral link and start inviting people, like normal?

You certainly can start inviting people like normal, but the screenshots serve as proof that the users actually got invited, it is optional and you are welcomed to leave that field empty and participate even without invites.
