I am sorry to hear about your case, as I already wrote in PM I will be happy to help in clarifying the situation. I have sent your email to fraud control department and will get back to you as soon as I have some concrete answer.
As the Owner/Admin of the company,can you give a rough ETA by when will your fraud detection team would provide you with the results ? Last case,took around 3 months or so get resolved when fraud detection was involved.
It's annoying to keep customers waiting without giving them an ETA.Pretty sure OP also is interested in knowing the same.
