Same thing happened to me. I tried investing in the ico all to no avail. I even lost 0.3 eth trading UCH when the internal exchange was initially open. Now, I'm trying to withdraw my money yet It's not working. It's a scam. Feel bad for falling for this cheap scam.

Probably depends when you started lending.
I had to wait several days till withdrawal open for me
