Luffy is rubber so physical attack wont hurt him. So i think luffy has the advantage 
Maybe saitama wont hurt luffy coz of his devil fruit? Nah with saitama's death punch luffy will follow Lord Boro's path that's why sataima was labeled as One Punch Man.
