Hello all. I'm playing PrimeDice since 2016 and had no issues with that casino.
about 9 days ago I won 13 BTC, but my payout was held due to manual review. Administration contacted me and asked for verification. I sent them my ID, my photo where I holding my ID, they called me with Telegram, we spoke, I answered a lot of questions, and FINALLY, I got my money.
After few days I was lucky again, and after losing something like 15 BTC I won 43 BTC. Guess what? It was 7 days ago, and I still didn't get my money.
I feel really frustrated and angry as much as could be the one, who can't get his ALMOST HALF A MILLION DOLLARS (with rate 1btc=10500). I speak with admins almost every day, and all they say is "We need time to review your case" or "sorry, no news, but be patient, your BTC are safe". Noone from administration can answer my simple question "when I will receive my money". All they say is "we are reviewing your case".
I am a businessman, I have my own companies, I play fair.
