Noone from administration can answer my simple question "when I will receive my money". All they say is "we are reviewing your case".
I am a businessman, I have my own companies, I play fair.

Specifically how much BTC did you deposit?

Because many casinos these days flag a withdraw if the deposit looks suspicious. I think over a certain dollar amount, maybe > $100,000 or higher or lower every deposit needs to be manually checked to make sure it wasn't from a dark net transaction or hacked funds.
