Let me ask you something: By any chance are you using a Table Mod or a HUD? If so, please try to disable it and then open the poker application to see if it works. Sometimes this type of programs could block the application of making some updates.

I use Windows 10
Antivirus is provided by Windows defender
And I always use Google chrome (not sure why you need this)
I also use no add on of any type. Just the bare minimum software as provided.
