As mentioned in this post from a few days ago I have been giving Merit points to anyone who submits connections in the Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List ^{Mk III} https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2544574.0 thread. The only requirements are

Use the correct Submission Form
Ensure that your connections are valid; you can't suspect a connection - prove it!
Give the Alts Red Paint ^TM (ie negative trust) - Not a DT - *you* give the UID's Red Paint ^TM

I am regularly in the Most generous recent merit senders and Most generous merit senders, all time lists.
