Guys, does anyone have problem to import coins from paper wallet into online wallet? I got status pending, then failed 3 times in a row! I have about 200 ETN in paper wallet, and this is the first time that I have problem to import it.

I had done a test transfer from my online wallet to the offline one and the transaction didn't appear in my transaction report, but the ETN had been deducted. Tried 3 times to import from offline to online and was stuck in pending ... but then in January after one of their updates the transaction finally went through (from offline back to online wallet). I didn't do anything differently, it just worked finally. I am sure your transaction should go through soon.
Waste of time, just use the app, I tested 5 ETN, all completed
Unfortunately that is not an option for me ... Apple sheep here, so I will have to wait until the Apple tyrants allow it on their App store.
@Bayberry Yesterday they posted the following message: "The online wallet manager is now live again for you to proceed with online transactions etc. thank you for your patience.", maybe if you try today your transaction will go through (I know your issue is from earlier but also yesterday they posted about the online wallets being down as they did "some routine maintenance to improve the system". Today I finally imported the coins successfully from paper wallet into online wallet, after 9 failed attempts!
