Etherdelta have experienced problem updating their orderbook.
If you experince any problem you can use forkdelta, the forked version of etherdelta until they resolve the orderbook API issue:

We have now decided to roll out the PRE-ICO on Forkdelta since Etherdelta experience problem with their API.
