Edit: opened them all, last one started syncing and I got a bunch of console files.

Edit: the file "havend" is done syncing and says: You may now start haven-wallet-cli.
Does this mean I open the terminal file haven-wallet-cli or the console file? And whats next?

Hey, it seems you've made it to the right place! Back up the seed and keys for starters and then once inside haven-wallet-cli you can type "help" to see the commands available to you.

The commands of primary use will be:

address - show your wallet address
balance - show current balance
transfer [address] [amount] - transfer money to an address

Hope this helps you. The mac GUI wallet will be released soon so you won't have to use the CLI for long.
