He connected me for deal his BTC my skrill rates are 1:1 he never said or even ask that we r dealing in $$$$ etc if he want to deal in $$$ he must ask me for that but he didn't

before going to offline you should drop him a message that, "I'm going offline" or something like that. you didn't tell him anything, just left your wallet address and went way.
And it's common sense that you are dealing for $ because $ is the only logical currency that you can trade with skrill. Don't tell me that you wanted to give him skrill BTC. -_-
