If you want to join bounty program please read the rules. Bounty is not referral bonus. We are aware of unfaithful people who will keep referring themselves with different email addresses hence why for someone to claim referral bonus he must have purchased at least 0.01eth worth of token in ICO for each 5000 SCO bonus he get per referral.
You need to get a proper understanding of something before you decide to talk negative about it.
