Hi. Yes it's sad to don't have bounties for newbies but that rank's reach on forum is limited in almost any way. Only thing that they may contribute would posting which is againts the forum rules. If you have other advantageous presence on web, you can try GX Alliance's referral program for visits and signups. Or just start with simple faucet on the website.
