Why would language barriers have anything to do with code? I've known people who can code like a mofo but suck at english.
Youre probably right and I should remove my tin foil hat. Granted, bankers usually have perfect grammar so that has not been an indicator of honesty, competency or good intentions.
Or you could have your own private language like lawyers and be completely honest.
