Not literally the bitcoin but the Blockchain itself will make the government transparent, if only the government use it as the allocation of funds thru this transactions as well as the salary of the officials, we can see it by ourselves where the countries money goes thru transaction hash.

All the transactions in bitcoin can be traced the most important is the honesty of the government and officials, but otherwise bitcoin can be a heaven for corruptors because they think that the safe way to save money is bitcoin as long as they do not tell their wallet address.
