Hello, it seems I misinterpreted your post, I assumed those requirement related to BTCtalk, rather than your forum.

However, in light of this it seems likely that your intentions are the boost the user count and post count of your forum under the guise of screening for a moderator role. If this is not the case, surely you will be happy to escrow 1 month salary for each of the four moderators you seek to employ (0.4btc) and the escrow will release these funds to the winning applicants after you've selected them. This will show that, 1. You have the money, and 2. You are not just cheating people out of their time and effort to boost your forum.

Otherwise, odds are that high that you are trying to get free referrals and posts with no intention to actually hire these people. Please prove me wrong.

Yeah That's a great idea.
But i am not in a mood of providing extra Fees to Escrow . I will give the Salary to the Mods and They will post here when they are selected and received their first payment.

Can you sign a message from an address to prove that you have the funds to pay the escrow at least?
