i don't know if someone else has the same problem...
but today i can't enter in my FortuneJack account. It says that my password was wrong (impossible 'cause i write correctly)... and if i try to recover with "forgot password" it says that my e-mail was unknown (that's impossible 'cause i wrote a message on the live support and they send me the number ticket on my e-mail.
In this moment there are no one on live support.
Hoping they contact me quickly and solve the problem.
As far as I know you can change your email only if you send email to support. Unless your email has been hacked there is no possible way that your email has been changed.
Live support is active, go and see what happened.
Is still 5 min i wait on the live chat... ROBERT doesn't answer
