Sorry, I didn't catch the first thing. The second row theorically has two meanings: the first to act as a reference, the second one to make even more harder the task for an OCR.

It means that you have a brand-new account so in order to obtain a public key you have to make first a transaction. Just send 1 DIRA to yourself (but any outgoing transaction is valid).

I think capital letters will be great

If we make the images more clear then will increase the chance for the quiz to be scripted, this is annoying but it is make at least essential for the users to make an effort to even catch the letters.
