Right now we're at just over 4.5 billion tokens distributed during ICO, so there would be about 3 billion tokens to be distributed pro-rata.

If they sell to the 5 billion token mark within the next 3 days, that will leave about 2.5 billion tokens to be distributed pro-rata.
