I can understand frustration, but going after someone's parents in order to track down someone seems well over the line. I'd prefer that people who make promises either deliver or explain why they can't in a meaningful time frame and to the satisfaction of their customers. Warning signs that he wouldn't sign anything right? Guess we have take serious notes on that and the current inability to communicate and shop elsewhere. Makes perfect sense not to trust these people ever again. The only way at this point to change that opinion is to change their pattern and communicate effectively and provide refunds immediately to all that ask. Let us see how they resolve the remaining issues. There is some positive progress but until there is a complete resolution to all grievances this company can not be trusted.

It's actually a cultural thing. If you can't get obligations fulfilled by a child, you speak with their parents.

I'm ex law enforcement, and I am talking with FBI white collar division friends about what has been taking place. I know Bitsyncom has a US address, and contacts here. We'll see what can be found out as to the true destination of the original chips that were ordered. So far it's looking almost like a ponzi scam variant. If they are interested in what comes up, they may take further action.

Yes is 100% a scam. Yifu Guo is a scammer. He sells a time sensitive product, and delaying them for 2 month, steal most of the value of the product from his customer.
