http://ardor.tools, as far as I know, still doesn't show child-chains balance - only ARDR balances, but no IGNIS, AEUR etc..

Use ardorportal.org instead: The IGNIS balance is shown on https://ardorportal.org/accounts/account/ (or the account ID number).

If the transaction went through and is confirmed, then the coins are in your wallet, and you likely haven't to worry about them (the only possible case when you would lose the money is if your Ardor passphrase was hacked). Very likely you have syncing problems. Are you using the newest version 2.0.14?
