What's your argument that the fair price should be in the range you claim? Why is the FAIR price not 3.45 or 22.12 ??

You missed important word in my sentence i.e atm. I have filled my bag roughly at 8 -10 cents and since then COSS didn't changed too much. Read further what Loyalar said to you

I did not miss anything. But it's still a mystery why 0.5 to 0.6 would be a "fair" price. You have not explained how you arrived at that conclusion. Even if you've done a comparative analysis , like Loyalar assumed, for the claim to be justified, you would need to explain what features you compared and what adjustments you arrived at.

If you claim the quoted range is a gut feel, then fine. Claiming the "fair" price to be such and such, however, requires some justification.
