If you look at the last test it is really easy for everyone, just have to make a sum. Anyway, soon all will go up again (we are setting up the new host) and with differents task at different level of difficulty there will be chance for everyone.

Do you mean like a mining pool? Like a dedicate page where people decide to make a pool and share their reward?

for example:
each question will stay 1 minute, even it have been solved, it will still stay 1 minute for the rest people to submit their answers
in this 1 minute, if there are a total 10 people solved the question, these 10 people can share the awarding together

in this way, everyone can participate and get rewards, instead of turning into a smart guy game

like this idea, just give appropriate reward according with how fast the people solve the problem
