The only reason crypto is being considered is that they don't want to give away any of the business but need to raise capital, its high risk but the return is pretty high, the problem (which is nice to have) is that the ROI is absurd making it seem scammy....

market decide the price, crypto is about market, worldwide market. so i think it's not scam at all, just be careful when playing with market.
