I think India and China..

India used to be like accounting for 10% before the last time we heard India banning the btc in early Feb form the media. SO now that may have fallen a bit. China would have also fallen after the banning the ICO and other stuff. South Korea & Japan were the leaders initially and now may be Japan would be on top of the cards as they have legalize it officially in their country last year or so.
