It's correct when you said they have "decent" amount just by spreading the word, but you are wrong tpo because bounty have been distributed when UTK at $0.2-$0.3. I know it's still big amount when you compared with their ICO price.

Signature 5,000 to 30,000 UTK token
Translation 50,000 to 500,000 UTK token

i think late distribution made the price not being dump so hard. imagine if the bounty distribution occurred right after the token distribution of investors. i dont think it is a good idea. with the price now, i dont either think bounty hunters will dump their tokens, ( some will but majority, i think not). what im simply saying is, if they will HODL their UTK, they will earn a good amount.
