Because , Neo is also a crypto currency. No evidence to your statement anyway.

Why? Because of greediness and security, they want theyre citizens to profit as well as the government itself and not the foreign countries. I have heard NEO coins before and I know it is a chinese made coin, but by the government of China promoting it as of the moment, I have no idea about that. I need time to research about that statement or btc.fanda should give a Link for verification.
