hey guys,can you help me? i will work with belgium company like a freelancer,and they want only IBAN belgium like "BE***-****..." for pay...im not a resident of belgium and cant open bank account in belgium,does someone know how can i get this IBAN? only belgium(( 
Belgium is very strict, so I don't think you will be able to do this.
Even though Belgium is quite strict, there are some online banks (with 100k bank account failure protection) where you can open an account to get an IBAN bank account starting with BE:
