We don't deduct the transaction fee.
I've been merging accounts and baning some users that abused from the Bounty. That means that the value from the "Bounty Shares" have changed a little bit.
But I've just finished doing that task and you actually got 129MF extra (I know that it showed that you got ~500MF less).
The same thing has happened to users 17-124
