Bitmain/UPS has charged me shipping to the US ranging from 84 USD to 160 USD for a piece of S8, L3+ or A3.
I have had to pay customs duty and handling fee (under 2.6% tax rate plus UPS brokerage fee) every time of importing.
Do you have better deal with DHL or Fedex in your shipping? Please recommend.

Bitmain is going to charge you whatever they're going to charge you for customs, but as far as I'm aware any company is better to deal with than UPS. DHL, Fedex, and USPS are all cheaper.
