Got a response that I really did not expect.

The support managed to locate my funds, however they state that payment ID is missing and therefore manual crediting will not be possible. The payment ID was added in the transactions, now whether it was misalignment from crex24.com and livecoin.net with the references, or wallet and server maintenance played a role, I do not know.

However, I provided all the required proof of transactions, time, amounts, and ID's, for it to make it easy to verify and credit the coins.

I am looking forward to the solution of this misunderstanding. I have seen that people had these type of issues beforehand and they were fixed for a small fee, which I am willing to pay if that is the case.

This is already stressful as it is, but I hope livecoin.net will properly solve this together.
