In a corrupt country, you can just start with a cover up by starting a little business offline, make sure you pay those little taxes and gradually take out to keep growing larger until you become a big entity and trust me, there is already a source and once you are big and successful at what you are doing, they cannot start asking you questions when you are living a good life as you will always have something to show for it. That way you can easily do your thing without raising too much attention to yourself.

A cover up indeed, I feel you anyway, because in countries like this, anything goes, nothing is monitored and if you can have those cover ups and the financial crime agencies kind of try to lay some attack on you, you can have something to show them as the source of your income.

Nevertheless as long as there is no issue with cryptocurrency investment in your country and you pay your capital gain tax when withdrawing to fiat, I do not see this to be a problem, unless you are just totally fed up with dashing your country too much funds to steal.
