That condition for investors who bought tokens using fiat money or other coins during initial coins offering times. This is standard among most of the crowdfunding even it past was done this way. They don't have specified any date to cut off the KYC verification which is to be worried about because thing puts thing on hold for undermined period.

The necessity to do KYC is quite strange given that after the ICO period, anyone can buy EVN tokens anonymously. I know it's because the laws, but then the laws are really silly.

I agree, but this unregulated market so silly things will happen. I just wish Envion had done KYC before investment.
