Ofcourse, chances is always there every moment. Legality of cryptocurrency is some countries is not good for them, the reason is they can't afford some bitcoin's to invest in it. What will be the point if one country buy bitcoin but only one or not more than 5pieces. It can be a big deal for them. Legality is for those who can afford and open minded in business. Without an open mind one country will not make bitcoin as legal. Maybe someday more countries will be legal.

There's a chances to happen but a little bit, because as of now some countries still banned bitcoin together with the other crypto currencies.
