200$ a month is actually enough for any kinds of investment including bitcoin. And how can you say that no profit would come to him? every people can always gain a profit as long as they invest onto something profitable such as bitcoin and probably op can also do it. Bitcoin is also fluctuating and there is always a chance to purchase it in a lower price and it is also possible for its price do go down up to 200 to 250$ or lower because as i said earlier bitcoin is too volatile. There is no need for him to invest in altcoins rather he can always jump in bitcoin directly.
