Was about to post the exact same thing, but looks like you have already picked up this obvious merit buying or multi-account merit sharing! It could be multi-accounts, as the poor grammar in the posts from the merit sender and receiver is very similar.
I think you'd have more people contributing to sharing merit problems if there was an incentive, like receiving merit for being the first person to point out an issue.

There's a lot of suspected cheaters in this thread are those people get any sanctions??? Or still nothing because they can't review those accounts??? If the DT's or some famous person of bitcointalk are saw any findings more people are gives merit but if the people are not famous they can't give merit instead red trust. That's how merit systems unfair
