That is one way of helping to promote the project but the team needs to have a comprehensive marketing i guess. Lots of big investors will come if ever team would do such conference for example.

In terms of marketing, I think a Bounty Campaign can really help them with spreading the name of Polaris. Signature and Social Media campaign is really powerful if the person participating has a good credentials.
