I don't which experts are sitting there which are making such stupid speculations and spreading rumors that it will fall to such low level like $1000-$1500 which is not possible at all and you need to make some research before believing all this stuff and then reach any decision.

I dont believe on speculation some saying price might hit to that level. Bitcoin will soon hit to ath maybe this coming months and it will adapts by many users. So many fuds that they wants to buy at lower price.

A lot of people are claiming to be experts even though they don't have the slightest idea of how the market works. So it's advisable to disregard these predictions and just trust your own studies and instincts. I don't even know what good they'll get from spreading fuds lol
