Not all Americans are indeed fat. We could say that most Americans are. I believe it's more of because fastfood is readily available, portions are huge than most countries and they have an almost insane number of frozen food available to them. Americans, and almost everyone in developed countries, stay in their homes watch tv spend alot of time on their phones sitting on their couch and forgets how to break a sweat from actual manual labor.
