Yeah it has many of the signs of a scam coin. Majority of the coins are locked up. Sparse tech details. Very little communication from the DEVS. Incredibly low volume.... and Artak Navoyan (Co Founder, Finance facebook - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100020087680554)page has expired , beware!

I think the project has yet to really accomplish a major milestone but I believe the team is really working hard for it. They are also giving a little update every now and then. I hope this will really turn out good.
