From Feb 19, 2018 announcement.

"We will be working on the designs and content for a definitive publication in the coming weeks. We also note that Mobile Wallet and Desktop Wallet launches only occurred in the second half of this year and not on the dates previously announced. This decision is to strengthen our efforts in developing new layers of security for Venture Kingdom and Royal Kingdom Coin."
